Our technology-driven approach ensures a seamless experience for both our customers and our team.  We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, a deep understanding of Azure services, and relevant Azure certifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our mortgage services.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and services using Microsoft Azure.
  • Utilize C# for backend development and integration of various Azure services.
  • Implement and manage cloud solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with software architects, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data management.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and Azure services.
  • Work with our test automation team to devise testing plans and acceptance criteria of delivered software to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Mentor developers on the team and provide feedback in pull requests and code reviews.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a software developer with a focus on cloud-based applications.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including but not limited to:
  • Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database.
  • Azure certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, FrontDoor, or Azure APIM.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React preferred.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from Entry Level $90,000.00 to Senior Level $160,000.00 annually. Factors that affect base salary may include: Education, skills, years of experience and mortgage industry knowledge.
